RESERVATIOn/Registration POLICIES:

Reservations and Registration are required 75 minutes prior to class start time for pool classes and 2.5 hours in advance for lake classes. Drop-ins are not permitted. We realize that life sometimes gets in the way and you may need to cancel a reservation/registration and we will happily credit your MINDBODY Online account for use at a later class/event if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation. Due to the nature of our classes and the limited number of spots available, If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show for your class/event, your class will be forfeited.

All payments are non-refundable or transferable for any reason, including but not limited to vacation, work, illness or injury.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

FluidMotion Pittsburgh (PuppyLove SUP LLC) does not usually cancel events due to inclement weather. However, we reserve the right to cancel an event/class at any time due to severe weather, low enrollment or other concerns. If FluidMotion Pittsburgh cancels your event/class, you will receive a credit for the cost of your reservation. All refunds will be in the form of a credit to your FluidMotion Pittsburgh MINDBODY account. FluidMotion Pittsburgh shall not be responsible or liable for other expenses incurred by the participant as a result of such a cancellation. All payments are non-refundable or transferable for any reason, including but not limited to vacation, work, illness or injury.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class start time.

FACILITIES:

FluidMotion Pittsburgh offers classes in multiple locations around the Greater Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. We are not responsible for issues arising from these locations including, but not limited to loss of use of the pool, weather cancellations, facility closures, etc. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please inform your instructor of any medical concerns that may limit your ability to fully participate in class.  If you have had a recent injury, surgery within the last year or are pregnant, please let your instructor know.

Privacy Policy:
